Our Highlands NC vacation rental cabin/home is loaded with mountain warmth and comfort on three beautiful levels of living.   Naturally there is the two story stone wood burning fireplace, but also a gas fireplace on the upper, 3rd floor, porch.  Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with all the trimmings, adjoining the main level family room, dining room and screened porch.  The first level also includes a one car garage, laundry room and mudroom.  No bedroom on the first level.  On the second level there is one king with master bath and one full bedroom with its own private shower and connecting half bath.  The third, and top level, has one king and one queen bedrooms, also each with private baths.  Sleeps 8 in the four bedrooms plus can accomodate 2 more in second level great room - daybed with twin trundle.  Three half baths.  Upper level porch with gas fireplace.  This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY NC CABIN.  We will even discuss the possibility of one dog! PET FRIENDLY.

One screened porch on first level with dining table for 8 and one open porch on the second level with lovely stone and gas fireplace.  Great views of lake from porches and yard. Woodburning Stone Fireplace for Fall and Winter Evenings. Air-Conditioning and 2-Zone Heating. Fans in every room...perfect in summer. 40" Flat Screen TV in Family Room with DVD and 32" Flat Screen TV in third level Master Bedroom.  TV Cable and CD player. IPod/, plus IPod docks in most rooms.  Wireless IPod/CD play to upstairs main room.  Outdoor Gas Grill.  4 Kayaks located right on the 48 foot dock for quick and easy lake access. Several Fishing Poles to catch Trout for dinner in the gourmet kitchen! Beautifully maintained tennis courts available in our development and kayaking in our lovely lake.  Many golf courses nearby.

$250 cleaning fee.  We make an effort to refund any difference in the final cleaning fee.  $250 refundable deposit.

 If pet approved , $175 fee.

Partial Weeks are occasionally available, three nights minimum at ($400 per night) $1200 with the additional of the $250 cleaning fee and $250 security deposit.

SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTALS.  4:00 pm CHECK IN AND 10:00 AM CHECK OUT.

The deposit is required to hold and payments of the balance are due April 15th.
