The Sands, at 1401 Park Ave., is our 2nd Home on the beach. Available for weekly or other rental when available. This is a recently constructed, two story cape cod house with a large deck that walks out on to the beach. It has four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and utility kitchen, lots of windows, and a large deck which walks out onto the beach. It is fully furnished and the first floor is fully accessible and handicap persons accessible !
The Sands is situated in Sylvan Beach in the most sought after part of the beach. Oneida Lake is an all activity lake. It is shallow, 60 feet at its deepest, which makes it very warm most of the summer. It is excellent for swimming because of its sandy bottom and shallow incline with no drop-offs. It is well known for boating as well as Walleye and Pike fishing. Sylvan Beach is situated on 22 mile long Oneida lake which lies in an east-west direction giving Sunset Lodge spectacular sunsets directly across the lake.
The street behind the Sands is a kid friendly, one way street. Beach attractions include an amusement park, fine and casual restaurants, great shops and the village park (with regularly scheduled entertainment throughout the summer) as well as all village activities, the canal and the pier. The Beach is also just 20 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino, The largest Casino/Entertainment compex in NY, with 2 PGA golf courses 5 exceptional restaurants, and entertainment bookings throughout the year.

Rates for on and off season:
Off season: May 1 - June 18 & after Labor Day, weekend. $1500 per week but can be rented for weekends or other periods for a negotiated price.
On season: June 18 - Labor Day. $2500 per week (Friday to Friday).
