You can take a swim from your own beach, relax in your hammock with a good book, or in your own screened-in porch. Perhaps you would prefer chilling out on the beautiful deck with its arbor and enjoy the many fragrances from the well-maintained flower gardens and soft sea breezes.

It is ALL here for your enjoyment and relaxation! My 3-bedroom Bay-front home will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it's also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two.

This cozy home was completely rebuilt only twelve years ago and includes all the amenities while still maintaining old Cape Cod charm and tradition. The home has been updated even further in 2008 with a fresh coat of paint, new blinds, updating the two bathrooms, new carpet, wood floors and a brand new kitchen!

Upon arrival, you will come down the brick walk after passing under one of two arbors and enter the cottage through the charming Dutch doors. The open and bright downstairs, with oak floors, gives one the immediate feeling of being welcome. The completely rennovated kitchen for 2008 with all new appliances and an adjoining dining area compliment the relaxing feeling of the living room with spectacular Cape Cod Bay views.

The downstairs also includes a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom with day bed and trundle to sleep two. Also, for those warmer days, the ceiling fans in both the living room and bedrooms will help keep you cool along with the ocean breezes from the many windows.

Enjoy the entertainment center which graces the living room and includes a 46" LCD - HDTV with surround sound, AM/FM stereo, CD, VCR, and DVD players. (You may rent videos and DVD's at a nearby store). The downstairs is completed with a beautiful brick and tile fireplace for added warmth if you prefer over the oil heating.

Walk up the oak staircase and enjoy the master bedroom with a king size bed and the second larger bedroom with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms are completed with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and, best of all, the ocean bay views. The upstairs also includes a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a washer and dryer down the hall for your convenience.

For additional outside entertainment, walk out the sliding glass door off the living room/kitchen and enjoy the deck with picnic table, umbrella, chairs/lounges, and screened-in porch. Three steps down bring you to the gas grill and your very own hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off the salt from the bay or coming back from the many outstanding public beaches surrounding Wellfleet.

On the other side of the deck is the screened-in porch or walk down another three steps to the hammock and boardwalk leading to another 28 STEP stairway to your own sandy beach and water. The deck offers outrageous water vistas and is ideal for sunset viewing while sipping on your favorite beverage or enjoying any meal.

NOTE: We also provide, if needed, a "Pack & Play". The parking area allows for two cars or one car and a boat.

2010 is all booked!!!  WINDSONG is available June 18 through September 10, 2011. Two week rentals preferred - one week acceptable except for August then only two weeks or monthly rentals.  Rentals begin & end on Saturdays.  Rates listed below:
