3/3 Townhouse with BRAND new furnishings is location right on First Street.  Although not directly on the ocean, the unit is just steps away from the beach.   The beach walkway is less than a block away from the townhome.  This NON-SMOKING 3 story home has been freshly renovated and comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the secluded south end of Jacksonville Beach.  There are plantation shutters throughout the home and a mix of tile and brand new carpet.

The Living Room has a sofa and love seat along with a 40" HDTV, DVD player, small CD Player and over 50 DVD movies, CD's, Novels, Board Games, and more.

Each Bedroom has it's own separate bath and Cable TV and DVD player, making it feel like three hotel rooms under one roof... perfect for couples and families. 

The Townhome also comes equipped with Beach Towel, Chairs, Lounges, Umbrella and even toys for the kids!  All you need is your swimwear and sunscreen and you're ready to enjoy the ocean!

The upper level has the King Bedroom and the Twin Room.  The master/king room overlooks First Street with its own balcony.  The twin room is beachside and you can actually hear the ocean!

The Queen Room is located on the lower level with its own exterior door leading to a sun patio and just a few yards from the beach walkway.  There is an oversized shower in the bathroom and ceramic tile flooring throughout.  This room also has TV/Cable and DVD player.  

The main level has the Kitchen and Living Room along with a balcony overlooking Active First Street!  Watch the rollerbladers and bicyclists as you want the sun set.  There's even a gas grill on the kitchen level balcony for grilling.

The Kitchen is fully equipped right down to the wine glasses and blender.  There's even a crock pot so you can cook while you're on the beach! 

We want our guests to feel as comfortable here as they do at home, without having to bring (or buy) the items you normally need on a beach vacation.  Pets are sometimes welcome, depending on the breed and size, be sure to inquire.

There are 2 fine dining restaurants just two blocks away, along with 3 lunch spots and 3 breakfast venues and coffee shops!  Just arrive, park your car in the 1-car garage and walk to everything you need! 

While you're here, enjoy:  Beach Strolling and Shell Collecting, Sunbathing, Tennis is just 8 blocks away, Several Golf Courses are within 10 minutes of the home.

Adventure Landing, our local water park just 22 blocks north to Beach Blvd, about 10 minutes from the townhome.
