Activities and Attractions

Great place to bike-walk-relax on the beach- minutes to marina-boat 
ramp. Nearby wineries, Caledron Natural Area with Eagle tours and 
hiking, George Washington's birthplace-Westmoreland State Park. 
Approximately 1 hour to Kings Dominion. Great Fishing catches 
include the popular Rockfish. Crabbing is also popular.
Potomac View restaurant. Also just opened a Expresso 
Station restaurant serving up great coffee's, teas, smoothies and 
lots of delicious pastries. All within a brisk 20  minute stroll or 
10 
minute bike ride!

Vacation Rental Rates

One Week Minimum Stay Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend  $900 
After Labor Day weekend - prior to Memorial day weekend   $600 per week 
Weekends $300 from after Labor Day -prior to Memorial Day weekend
$75 per week cleaning fee- required in advance with security deposit $250
