"Seven Seas" is a unique single level 2500sq. ft. beachfront home with a massive stone fireplace, wall to wall glass windows and vaulted open beam ceilings, which is ideal for relaxation and casual entertaining. Family owned, well maintained and very clean; this home is one the original Seacliff Beach Bungalow style homes, built in the late 1950's. Enter through the front gate into a private tropical themed entry garden...ring the nautical bell at the front door and enter into another world!
The sound and sight of crashing surf and brilliant sunsets will greet you after entering through the large family room with a formal dining table for eight and onto a larger living/kitchen style room with a 14ft. kitchen bar, sliding glass doors opening to decks, sand and ocean! Whatever weather or time of day, this home and its setting are warm and inviting...
Soul and Spirit guaranteed to be nurtured and healed! The "Seven Seas" has carpet thoughout; large living areas, intimate bedrooms; 4 Bedrooms including three Kings, one Queen, a Trundle; with beautiful linen and three bathrooms.
Seacliff Beach Colony is gated and is 10 min. north of Ventura/ 30 min. south of Santa Barbara/Montecito.
