This beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bath Navarre Beach townhome is located on the Gulf of Mexico. Many of our former guests at nearby properties prefer the townhome vs. the high-rise condominiums because of the amenities and more privacy. This townhome is your home away from home. You will find this townhome very user friendly for all of your beach activities.

The ground floor is a covered parking area for your vehicles, boat, or jet-ski's. There is also a shower located near the back steps to wash off the sand and saltwater after a long day at the beach.

The first floor consists of a half-bath equipped with a washer and dryer. A dining table that seats six. An additional table that seats four, and a counter-top bar that seats four very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils enough to satisfy your groups needs. *note* The sofa turns into a full size bed that will accomodate two people.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms with a full bath. The front room (sound side view) has two twin beds with plenty of closet space. The second bedroom (gulf side view) has two twin beds with plenty of closet space. The master bedroom (gulf side view) has a king size bed, tv, walik-in closet with a full bath.

The gulf side of this townhome has a second floor connecting balcony to enjoy as well as a first floor porch with a table and chairs and umbrella. We are sure you will enjoy this "home away from home"....just bring the bathing suit.
