Our luxury, direct oceanfront townhouse rental by owner is located right on the Atlantic Ocean in St. Augustine Beach, convenient to Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando and Disney World, and all of northeast and central Florida. This beachfront villa, with its magnificent ocean views, is larger than any condo and most houses for rent in St. Johns County or along this coast. It boasts four (4) bedrooms, sleeps up to twelve (12) people, has a game room, double garage, pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, desktop computer and WiFi. Our home is located in a small, private, gated complex of only ten (10) units with a private pool, tennis court, and private beach entrance. Kid-friendly and stocked with baby, toddler, beach, and pool items. Please read through the entire list of amenities and ask for our slide show of more than 100 photos. Located in a small, exclusive, private, secluded, quiet, gated complex of only 10 units, most of which are owner-occupied as primary or second homes.  Each townhouse is different (not cookie cutter), worth $1,000,000+.

Tennis court--we provide two aluminum racquets and balls

Oceanside pool and private bathrooms for use of 10 units only; locked access

Private, locked beach access with a boardwalk that crosses over the dunes; benches part way out; gazebo about half-way with covered benches, shower, and "foot-washing" faucet

One part of garage set aside as game room with 15-in-1 game table; 6' tall arcade-style, competition, electronic dart game; regulation-size metal ping-pong table; futon for sitting and watching players

All rooms are extremely large and spacious; downstairs great room is over 30' wide, with a wide-open feeling; additionally, one entire wall (24') is mirrored, adding to expansive feel; much more like a home than a condo--no "shotgun" feeling

Tastefully appointed with soothing beach colors and motifs

Desktop computer in den--slow but works for accessing Internet; DSL; router for wireless access for your laptop

Living area, master suite, and den all have components for sound system, TV/VCR/CD/DVD; two extra bedrooms each have TV/VCR; ceiling speakers in each room, including laundry room, patio, balcony, and garage

Sleeping: king with pillowtop mattress in master; two twins in each of the two extra bedrooms (four twin beds), which can be converted to king bed(s) upon request; comfortable double sleeper/sofa in upstairs den; quality, comfortable queen sleeper/sofa in downstairs living area; two single rollaways.  Rollaways can be put both upstairs, both downstairs, or one on each leverl.  One can even be put in huge master walk-in closet, as there is AC/H vent in closet.  One of our grandchildren sleeps in there when he visits by himself.  Portacrib and/or Pack'n'Play can also be put in there, as well as in the walk-in closet in one of the other bedrooms--has its own AC/H vent, too.  NOTE: Except for downstairs sleeper/sofa and any rollaways left on that level, all other sleeping is upstairs, and there is no elevator.

Full bath downstairs right off foyer so that you can access it right from the pool and/or beach

Kitchen has top of the line appliances, including smooth-top ceramic stovetop, microwave with message recording center; custom solid wood cabinetry, including matching panels covering the side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with in-door dispensers for water, ice cubes, and crushed ice; eat-at height bar

Living/dining area has one sofa (makes into queen sleeper) and two love seats; triple entertainment center; glass dining table; two banks of French doors that lead out to double patio with gas grill with side burner

Master suite has huge bedroom with king furniture, gigantic walk-in closet, and telescope for watching sailboats, shrimpers, dolphins, whales, porpoise, or bikinis; luxurious, large bathroom with separate shower, separate commode room, double vanity sinks, custom wood cabinetry, knee-hole vanity and bench, and two-person Jacuzzi tub on platform overlooking the ocean; bank of French doors leading to balcony

Generous-sized laundry room with super-capacity washer and dryer, utility sink, closet and cabinets, iron and ironing board

Den/office/fourth bedroom has custom wood built-ins, desktop computer, full sofa (makes into a sleeper), chair-and-a-half chaise, clothes closet, heavy-duty, lockable pocket doors

Third full bath upstairs has pocket doors to separate vanity/sink from commode and bathtub/shower with glass door enclosures

Larger-than-average second and third bedrooms on second floor with generous closet; two twin beds in each that can be converted to king beds upon request

Whole-house pump-driven hot water recirculating system for instant hot water at any faucet; 119-gallon water heater for plenty of hot water, no matter how many guests

Baby and toddler items: (we use these with our grandkids!) portacrib with sheets, blankets, bumpers; Pak 'n' Play with netting for protection outside or on beach; high chair; infant swing; umbrella stroller; toddler booster chairs; bed rail; waterproof sheet for use under the sheets of twin bed

Beach items: buggy for carrying your stuff to the beach--has fat tires for navigating through the sand; various size coolers, one with wheels; umbrellas; beach towels; beach bags; sand toys; inflatable rings and floats; boogie boards; kick boards; infant ring with head support and cross-cross seat; swimmie arm bands; sand chairs; lounge chairs

If you compare our rates to those of truly comparable properties in the area, you'll find that they are extremely competitive--because we want to win your business!

Our rates are a lot less than many smaller oceanfront places that have even fewer and less luxurious amenities than ours; you can even rent it for a lot less than many properties that are only ocean-view, ocean-peek, or just ocean-somewhere-nearbyAnd please keep in mind that this complex is one with units worth $1,000,000+.

During the summer, we rent Saturday to Saturday only.  At other times, bookings may start and end on other days of the week, but if you are requesting weeks during the summer, please give dates from Saturday to Saturday.

$3000 per week for up to six persons (Saturday-to-Saturday only in summer)

Holidays, events higher; please inquire

For each extra person up to the maximum occupancy of 12, $150 per person (no matter how many or how few nights they stay (babies under one year old free)

9% sales and lodging tax

$300 one-time cleaning fee

$1000 reservation fee due with contract; it automatically converts to a refundable damage deposit upon check-in

Payments can be made by personal check if within required timeframe or with credit card through PayPal (with additional fees).

Ask about rates for two weeks, three weeks, a month, or long-term

No pets, as mandated by complex bylaws--please do not ask if we can make an exception

No smoking

Responsible party must be at least 25 years old and must be in residence on property throughout length of booking; must sign that all in party will abide by complex rules and regulations for renters; no groups (e.g., spring breakers), no house parties; St. Johns County noise ordinance will be enforced
