This very nicely furnished 3 bed, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage is the perfect vacation home away from home. Nestled on the North end of the Island, it sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on the top in the other guest bedroom. House is on a canal and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and just about 1 mile to Times Square. It is small dog friendly and equipped with cable and wireless internet, dishwasher and washer and drier.
The house rents to families and adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required.

vacation rental rates
May 1 thru July 31 -$1,000 week or $ 3,000 month.
August 1 thru August 31 - $950 week or $2,800 month.
September Thru November- $ 1,200 week or $ 3,500 month.
December Thru April 30 - $ 1300 week or $ 4,200 month.
(January rental begins on Jan. 2). Monthly rental is based on 28 nights (four weeks).
Rates are higher during holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, Easter, Memorial weekend, 4th July, Labor day).
$500 security deposit required - refundable provided no damage.
Small pets (dogs only) accepted with prior approval and additional fee.
An 11% sales/tourist tax and a $185 cleaning fee to be added to the above fees.
All renters must be over the age of 25. Proof of age is required.
