condo located directly on a semi-private beach in lovely Ormond by the

comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels appeal 
to you; you’ll be pleased. Linger under the large Rainfall shower. If 
you’d like to prepare an intimate dinner and dine by candlelight, 
you’ll find everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen. Tune 
out the world and relax… If you want to stay tuned in, you’ll have 
cable access, DVD and VHS available. The furnishings are quietly 
elegant and comfortable; they’re meant to be as soothing and inviting 
as the sea.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront luxury condo is
located on the 3rd floor of the Seawinds Condominium Building.  It
allows forfabulous ocean views and also offers an alternative to the
elevator should you wish to enter or exit via the staircase. The
Seawinds is one of the newer condominium buildings in Ormond by the
Sea.  It was built in 1995 and has a secure key or code entry along
with well litand maintained stairwells, elevators and walkways.

Underground assigned parking is available along with carts to aid 
bringing in luggage or groceries.  Additional parking is available.

The oceanfront Master Bedroom offers a very comfortable pillow top
king size bed, a large walk in closet, sit down make-up vanity and a
shower large enough for two; but the best part is the romantic view of
the sea from the picture window. Enjoy its grandeur at sunrise and its 
serenity in the evening moonlight. 

The tastefully decorated second bedroom has two twin size beds which 
can be converted to a comfy king size.  Simply indicate your 
preference prior to your arrival, it will be ready for you.
All bedrooms have cable televisions, generous closet space, 
alarm/clock radios, phones and extra luxury linens and towels.

The stylish living room has two sofas and an entertainment unit with 
cable television, DVD, VCR.  A little rain?  Not to worry, enjoy a 
game of cards or perhaps a board game.  

The cook friendly kitchen is completely equipped to do what you want 
it to.  Cook a little or a lot; everything you need is there: 
microwave, range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, 
toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender and of course a generous supply of 
dishes, glassware and cooking utensils.  Adjoining the kitchen is a 
separate dining room with seating for four.  Two bar stools offer 
additional seating. Enjoy your morning coffee comfortably ensconced 
on cushioned patio chairs on the balcony; perhaps you’ll even glimpse 
a dolphin gliding by.

Full size laundry facilities are right where you want them---in the 
unit along with an iron and ironing board.

sun or a romantic stroll along an un-crowded beach.
Large private pool overlooks the ocean and is heated 9 months a year 
allowing you to gaze at the ocean as you relax by

Activities and Attractions

Ormond by the Sea is not only a wonderful seaside haven, but has 
close proximity to everything in Central Florida. It offers the best 
of all vacations; ocean front living and an unlimited variety of 
activities. John D. Rockefeller was so impressed by this area that he 
made it a winter home for his family. Tours of his home are one of 
the area’s highlights.

Daytona with its world famous beach and speedway are only 10 minutes 
away.  Ormond by the Sea is conveniently close to everything Daytona 
has to offer yet offers the luxury of semi-private beaches and quiet 
relaxation.

Orlando is only 60 miles away with all the world renowned attractions 
of Disneyworld, Sea World, MGM, Universal Studios, and a myriad of 
unlimited entertainment, restaurants and shopping.

St. Augustine, the oldest city in the U.S., is a charming destination 
of history, art, restaurants and shopping.  Quaint cobblestone 
streets and well preserved historical buildings take you far back in 
time.  Nearby Outlet Malls offer the best of what’s now.

Tomoka State Park just north of the condominium is the perfect place 
to enjoy the variety of wildlife, birds and plants this region 
offers. This is where you can walk for miles on secluded beaches. 

There are many excellent golf courses, deep sea fishing, pier 
fishing, water skiing, scuba diving, wind sailing, jet skiing, 
parasailing and go carts.  Nearby Adventure Land Water Park is a 
popular destination along with 4 hour casino cruises from Ponce Inlet.

High Speed Internet are available. Please call or e-mail for 2007 and
2008 rates; you will receive a prompt reply.

Special event weekends and some holidays may have special pricing.
Vacation Condo Rental Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
A refundable $250 deposit will secure your reservation. Cancellations 
must be made 60 days prior to arrival date for a refund. 

We accept Credit Cards via Pay Pal for a 2.98% fee.  (Visa, Master

Rates are subject to the 12.5% tourism tax and a one time $75 
cleaning fee.

Check in time is 3pm. 
Check out time is 10am.
