Cape cod house. 2 bedrooms down and one large bedroom on 2nd floor. 1 1/2 baths. Private campfire area with 20 logs provided. House sits on one acre private wooded land .sleeps 6 but air matresses can be brough for 2 children. Access to 100 feet of lakefront with dock and boatslip just a 1 minute walk down small grassy walk way to the lake with picnic table, lawn chairs, and a small boat house with mini frig. canoe avaiable to use . GREAT fishing from the dock.Village of Bemus Point one mile from house.8 miles from Chautauqua Institution 15 minute drive. Directly between ski areas of Holiday Valley and Peak n Peek. Fully furnished .Linens Provided sheets and blankets. Must bring own Bath towels.Basic Cable , TV's in all bedrooms and living room.New Stove and Frig. Outside Patio and Lawn Furniture. Enclosed Sun porch. Dining nook. Off season price $650 weekly.  Season Rates June,July,August-$1200 weekly. Memorial Weekend $785 - 5 days exit  monday. Will rent off season  for two days minimum.Price to be discussed depending on number of guests. Weekends off season 2 or 3 day stay required also price to be discussed per number of guest. If dog is allowed Must know breed ahead and size. One Dog Only if approved.Prefer dog to have advantage flea control. All dog waste must be disposed of in the woods.Smoke if you must but only on the PORCH WITH WINDOWS OPEN and outside door closed to the house. No smoking in house.DOCK COMES OUT SEPT 28th. NO TENTS ALLOWED DUE TO ZONING LAWS.PARKING FOR ONLY 3 CARS NO MORE.  REPEAT NO MORE THAN 3 CARS. Only one dog allowed if approved due to breed.Dog crates MUST have a carpet under it as to not scratch the floor. No dobermins,pit bulls,boxers, ect. We need e mail picture of dog and Must be current due to home owners insurance.

Chautauqua Lake is a beautiful 20 mile long lake.Great for boating,fishing,swimming or just relaxing and reading books. House is just outside the Village of Bemus Point where there is music on the"floating stage",shops,restaurants,golfing. A ferry that crosses the lake in town that provides rides. Near Long Point State Park for snow mobiling,cross country skiing, biking and Fall walks. Lucy-Desi Museum 7 miles,Senca Casino 25 miles. Erie Zoo 40 mins. Water Park splash Lagoon in Erie Pa 45 mins.Drive INN movie theather in Jamestown. A true good old drive-in.  Also Pizza and sandwich delivery to Lake house. Off Season before Memorial Day and after August 31st. $750 Weekly , 

$135 per night per couple off season for 3 days.(3 day min required.)

 Chautauqua Pass Holders or  Employees $1000 weekly.15 mins from grounds

In Season $170 a night per couple if open days are avaiable  in between weeks, 2 to 3 days required.

2 Adults must be in the group .  NO TENTS ALLOWED

SIGNED CONTRACT FOR NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST BE FOLLOWED. IF YOU STATE 6 PEOPLE ARE STAYING THAT IS THE NUMBER THAT SHOULD BE SLEEPING AT THE HOUSE. Visitors are allowed but not over night. Must ask owners.

$200 Security Deposit required and will be returned at exit as long as house is in good standing and clean . A picture of your Dog e mailed before contract sent. Right to refuse entry if dog is Breed not allowed. To hold house for one week Rentals or more, $400 sent ahead with SIGNED contract. We will provide linen service cleaning at exit. House must be in condition received to get back security deposit. MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. DOGS AFTER OCT 1ST 2009 NEED TO  DISCUSSED. ONLY ONE DOG ALLOWED. Sorry no Cats. Again must e mail a picture. House insurance does not allow pitt bulls,boxers,dobermin.Right to refuse entry if this typ of dog shows up with you. 

Can provide cleaning service as extra fee if you do not want to clean at mid week or the end of stay.  Service is "Gracie Maid" $50 at exit.  Corporate stays INCLUDE maid service and towels and linen service.
