South Padre Island Beachfront Condo Next to Schlitterbahn in South Padre Island

Our South Padre Island condo is ideally situated in a pristine beachfront complex (Sea Vista)
located directly on the beach right next door to the popular
Schlitterbahn Water Park. It is a prime location on the southern tip
of the island near the Isla Blanca Park, Texas crown jewel of
parks. It is a quiet complex, they only rent to families and adults
25 or over.
Our condo is located on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator in the
building). There are 3 very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Master bedroom and a living room/dining room have a breathtaking
floor-to-ceiling view of the ocean. Every room has a TV and a DVD
player. We also have Playstation 2 with several games. Our complex provides Wi-Fi internet service for your laptop. The living room has a brand new queen-size sleeping sofa. There are over 40 DVDs available for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom. The second master bedroom has another king bed and a twin size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a set of bunk beds (rated to sleep children under 70 pounds). There is a long balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. We provide beach toys, boogie boards,
beach chairs, and tennis rackets. And for the little ones we provide a dining booster seat, pack'n'play, stroller, baby carrier/sling, baby bathtub, and swimming life jackets. We provide boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. 
There are two heated pools, two Jacuzzis, two tennis courts in the
complex and it has a gated entry.

For your entertainment there are cable TVs and DVD players in every
room (4), High-speed internet service, Home theater surround system, VCR, Portable
CD/AM/FM/cassette player, Board games, Boogie boards, Beach toys &
beach chairs and 4 tennis rackets, 2 in ground pool/hot tub areas,
Long private balcony, Cordless telephone, Central air conditioning &
heat, Fully equipped kitchen, Non-stick pots & pans, Microwave,
Programmable coffee maker, Toaster, Electric can opener, Dishwasher,
Full-size refrigerator, Range, Cooking utensils, Blender, Juicer,
Huge closets, Linens & towels are provided at no extra charge.
