Weekday Get Away - Ocean Breeze Condo in Wildwood

This is a one bedroom condo on the beach block.   It is located 3 blocks south of the Wildwood Convention Center.   Restaurants, stores, miniature golf, pharmacies and Acme Supermarket are all within walking distance.  There is one off street parking spot.   Park your car on Sunday and don't use it until you leave on Friday!

Condo location is the best of both worlds.   We are located on the quiet south end of the boardwalk within a walk or tramcar ride of all the boardwalk attractions and amusement piers to the north. 

The unit is on the first floor in the center of the complex.   Directly outside the front door is a shaded area of the courtyard with a large table and chairs.    Cook inside and eat al fresco!

Our cond is comfortably set up for 3 with 1 queen and 1 single bed.  

Please provide your own sheets and towels (beach, bath and kitchen)

Central air throughout the unit with ceiling fans in both main rooms.

Living room has dining area, couch, and cable TV with VCR/DVD player.

Kitchen is equipped with 24" range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, perk coffee pot, and toaster.   Dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, etc are provided.

Bedroom has 1 queen and 1 single bed with both a 6 drawer bureau and a 5 drawer highboy.   There is also a small cable TV with VCR and a small closet for hanging items.

The complex has a sun deck, umbrella table and chair sets, tasteful landscaping, coin-op washer and dryer, outside shower for use when returning from the beach, bike racks and clothes lines.   Each unit also has 2 chairs and a small table directly outside their door.  

One off street parking space is available per unit.   There is additional public parking across the street (rates vary)

Wildwood is a short drive from Cape May and less than an hour from Atlantic City.   The beaches are free and manned by lifeguards from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 

There are 3 amusement piers and 3 different water parks on the boardwalk.   The boardwalk hosts many events including the classic car show and craft shows.   Fireworks are every Friday night from July 4th through Labor Day.  

Also available are public golf courses, fishing docs, boat ramps, concerts, tennis and basketball courts.   The famous Bocce Ball courts are just steps from the complex.    The FREE Cape May County Zoo is just a short ride away on Route 9.

We rent to couples, seniors or families.  No group rentals and all couples must be at least 25 years old.

May/June/Sept - $535 (USD) plus $100 refundable security deposit  (5% discount for senior citizens)                       

 July/August - $605 (USD) plus $100 refundable security deposit (10% discount for senior citizens)

Reserve your 2009 week now!  $200 deposit holds your reservation.  Balance is due 14 days prior to check-in

Cancellation policy - $50 processing charge for any cancellation more than 31 days prior to check-in.    No refunds if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to check-in.
