Stairs descend from the front yard to a private swimming beach. There is a marina nearby. Hiking trails and attractions, such as Ausable Chasm, Fort Ticonderoga, Whiteface, and the Olympic Village at Lake Placid, are all within an hour's drive away. Ideal for a family or honeymoon couple.
