Comfortably furnished executive vacation home in the beautiful golf course community of Highlands Reserve. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths it is big enough for two families and ideal for if Grandma and Grandpa want to come along.

The pool with the southern exposure provides the maximum amount of sun year round. Once you stay in our beautiful Orlando Vacation Home, hopefully, you will start to think of it as "Your Orlando Vacation Home".

We are situated in Highlands Reserve, a peaceful neighborhood of upscale housing built around the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, an area of new development, and surrounded by orange groves.

The large master suite has a king size bed, private bath with a garden tub and a separate glass enclosed shower. The large second bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have twin beds. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size bed also if necessary. A baby crib is available upon request.

There is cable TV with TV’s in all of the bedrooms and living room. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and house wares necessary for preparing your meals.

There is a computer hooked up with high speed internet access. There is also a wireless modem for your convenience should you desire to bring your own laptop.

There unlimited free local and long distance calling.

Close enough to Disney that you can return home to relax in the middle of the day to avoid the midday crowds in the parks. You can eat lunch your pool while the kids take a nap and return to the park in late afternoon when the crowds dissipate.

This is a great way to experience Florida and all the attractions of the Orlando area.

Less than 15 minute drive to Disney World, the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and all the Disney Parks and attractions. Just a bit further to Sea World an Universal Studios.

Situated in the Golf Course Community of Highlands Reserve, two blocks from the club house. Sort drive to several other fantastic courses.

One hour drive to the Atlantic Coast, Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center.

A bit over an hour to the Gulf Beaches at Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete, and Sarasota.

Minimum Rental Period, 5 nights, unless requested dates abut other reservation or fill shorter opening in the calendar.

Off Season: Labor Day thru 2nd Friday of June (except holidays & spring break)                                                                                            $130/night
