Okay for 3 persons if 3rd person is a baby or child. Room for porta crib, cot or blow up mattress Sister owns condo property #52467 right down the hall, 2 bedroom condo sleeps 4 persons, if you have additional family that would like to holiday with you. Both condos are oceanfront and decks face the ocean.

There is a 7% Maine tax that is applicable to rental fees.

The rate is based on an occupancy of 2 adults. There is an additional charge for extra persons based on number and age. Inquire with owner.

Minimum stay one week/extra nights can be pro-rated

Monthly or Entire Summer Rental depending on availability. Inquire with owner for price.
