This spacious home is centrally located off of “O” road out of Laurie, MO.  This house is on the water in a prestigious no-wake cove off of the 8 mm.  Bring your boat; we have a place for it.  Enjoy swimming and fishing off of our big dock.  This is a great location if you are entered in any of the fishing tournaments or otherwise. 

This house has 3 levels.  On the parking level, you will find 3 bedrooms and three baths.  One bedroom is a master with a master bath and cathedral ceiling.  It has a king size bed.  The other two good sized bedrooms share a hallway bath.  One has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed.  Two bedrooms face the lake and have balconies.

The middle level has the open kitchen/family room area.  There is seating for 5 at the kitchen bar.  The table seats 6.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  Out the door of the kitchen is the covered “He-man” cooking deck.  There is a big gas grill, a smoker, and a fish fryer. The deck has plenty of built in seating.  The big laundry room and a big bathroom with shower are also on this level.  The laundry room has an extra refrigerator with a big bin of ice.  The leather sectional in the family room makes into a queen size bed for extra sleeping.

From the middle level, you can look down at the lower level into the recreation room.  There is a curved wet bar with 6 bar stools, and a bar size slate pool table for evenings or rainy days.  A TV over the bar will play you favorite sports.  Also on this lower level you will find the fourth bedroom.  It also has a master bath and walk in closet.  There are two double beds in this room.  A big deck with patio table and chairs are outside the sliding glass doors on this level.

The dock has two long slips.  One slip has a 10,000 lb. lift.  There is a swimming platform with a water slide.  The dock also has a wave runner lift.  There is plenty of boat docking for friends.  The dock has a refrigerator and ice-maker with a big bin to collect ice.  There is a sink to clean fish.  The dock is surrounded by crappie beds.  The dock has been wired to code.
