The Sea Spray in Harpswell

The Sea Spray is located on Harpswell Sound.  We are 50' from the ocean.  It is a year round home with a separate apartment downstairs if 2 families wanted to vacation together (see rates for w/apt).

There is a fully equipped kitchen w/microwave, toaster, coffee maker, frozen drink machine, dishes, silverware and cooking utencils.  We have a breakfast bar open to the family room with views of the water in both areas.

The Dining Room sits 8 and faces the water.  The family room has a flat screen t.v., dvd player, 2 sofas, 2 chairs and a beautiful window seat w/amazing views!  Great for a large family gathering.

There is a wrap around deck w/a gas grill and some deck furniture.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 3 bedrooms in the extra apt.

The master bedroom has a whirlpool tub and shower with beautiful water views and room to set up a cot (available) or a blow up mattress.  There is also a full bath near the other bedrooms.

There are hardwood floors throughout and also a full bath in the extra apartment which makes 3 full baths.

There is a main floor laundry room.

We are close to Cooks Corner and Brunswick where you may buy groceries or patron any of the fine restaurants or even grab a hot dog on the green.  We are 12 mins. from Bowdoin College.

The most amazing beach is Popham where the sand is like velvet and the waves are fun! About a 50 minute ride but well worth it!
