Our home, on SE 15th Avenue in Cape Coral, is in the heart of all there is to do in Cape Coral.  The boat dock with lift....and 20ft Carolina Skiff available for rent at an additional $300 per week... is located on a quiet canal just 10 minutes from the Calloosahatchee River.  The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage. The split floor plan offers the best of FL living with two 8 foot sliding glass walls opening out to oversized Lanai.  Completely remodeled in January 2009 with designer furnishings this home is truly spectacular.  Layed out for families the home includes 2 living rooms and a spacious dining room.  The kids will love the large twin over full bunk beds off the family room with 52" HD TV.  The Master Suite with vaulted ceilings and Tropical wood furnishings is a sanctuary after long days at the beach.  The oversized Master Bath features a large walk in closet, dual vanities and floor to ceiling tile.  The second bedroom features a walk in closet, queen sized cottage style bed with both pool and canal views.  The fully stocked kitchen includes new Whirlpool appliances and a breakfast bar for the family on the go. 

The entire home has been remodeled in January 2009.

Cape Coral is surrounded by water and its natural beauty is the perfect setting for fishing and boating enthusiasts. There are more than 400 miles of saltwater and freshwater canals that tie the many lakes to the fantastic inter-coastal area and then lead out to the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is known also as a boaters paradise.

Situated north of Fort Myers Beach, the area is the ideal location for good family fun, there is a twelve acre water park and childrens science centre. Cape Coral also offers some of the best golf in the area. From top rated championship courses to the more relaxed "executive" courses, there is a course to challenge every skill level. Cape Coral is considered the second safest city in the whole of Florida. Nearby are the stunning locations of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island.
