Vacation Rental Description

Our two-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a landmark 
building in the fashionable residential and shopping area of 
Knightsbridge. It consists of a comfortable living room, fully 
equipped kitchen(new 2007), with all appliances; master bedroom with
side-by-side twin beds and full bathroom with tub and power shower;
second bedroom with large double and shower room; Half-bathroom off
hall.It is furnished with antique and reproduction furniture.
The apartment is air-conditioned and centrally heated. The building 
is served by three elevators, and there is a porter/doorman at the 
main entrance 24 hours a day.

Vacation Rental Amenities

One of the best central locations in London. Amenities include all 
kitchen appliances plus washer and dryer. The living room provides 
TV,VCR,DVD player, as well as radio/stereo/CD player. A computer with
wireless access and SKYPE telephone is provided, as well as a land
line with fax and voice mail.
The apartment is handicapped-accessible by elevator, wide halls 
and doorways, and no steps from the street. Knightsbridge 
Underground station is across the street to the south, Hyde Park to 
the north, buses and taxis at the door. Harrods, international 
shops, and the South Kensington museums are a short walk away.

Activities and Attractions

The apartment is very centrally located. All kinds of international 
quality stores, such as Cartier, Vuitton, Dior etc. are in the 
neighborhood, as well as famous department stores Harrods and Harvey 
Nichols. Hyde Park across the street offers opportunities for 
walking, jogging, or strolling. There are a dozen restaurants within 
two blocks. The Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum, the 
Natural History Museum and the Royal Albert Hall are a short walk or 
bus ride away. Three or four stops on the Underground to the theatre 
district.
