Large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a spectacular ocean view. Enjoy the white sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. One hour from Disney and Orlando International Airport.

Our large porch overlooks the ocean and a "Tropical Landscaped Courtyard". Our condo is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include an oceanfront heated pool (winter months),tennis court, shuffleboard, and large patio gazebo.

Step from the pool onto the white, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.

We are an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center.

New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants.

We are on the 2nd floor with an excellent view of the ocean. Our condo is 1100 square feet. New Tile flooring;  Bedrooms done in new Wood Laminate Flooring, and condo freshly painted.

The master bedroom has a super-comfortable king-size bed with a great view of the ocean! The guest bedroom has 2 Twin Size beds. Relax in the living room and watch the ocean roll in, plus a beautiful view of the Courtyard. OR, watch TV on the 32” Flat screen.

The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We have three televisions and for your convenience high speed wireless internet. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection!

This is a non-smoking condominium! Smoking is OK on the porch only.

In Season: 12/24/2011 to 4/20/2012 and 5/26/2012 AND 5/26/2012 to 8/10/2012  $905 weekly, $2350 monthly, $205 extra night

Off Season: 4/21/2012 to 5/25/2012 AND 8/11/2012 to 12/21/2011 $650 weekly, $1775 monthly, $190 extra night

Lodging Tax: 12.5% Cleaning Fee and taxes: $84.38.  Cancellations and Refunds full refunds if cancellations are within 60 days of booking. I must have time to re- rent the apartment. If I am able to rent the apt. even after the 60 has expired I will gladly refund your deposit. Deposits $300
