Book 5 nights & get one night free-We the owners will be home during these dates, but we have 2 lovely rooms to offer with queens beds. House privilege's & private bath etc. Rates for ACL rooms are $300 per night "per" room/couple.

Regular Season: If you are a single individual:

Looking for just a room with full kitchen privileges and private bath and are willing to stay while the owner is at home: $150 per night or $175 per couple + 15% hotel tax.

Full Home Rental Rates:

$250 per night for 1-2 guests with a 2 night minimum + 15% hotel tax.

$275 per night for 3-5 guests with a 2 night minimum + 15% hotel tax.

$1,700 per week for 1-2 guests + 15% hotel tax.

$1,900 per week for 3-5 guests + 15% hotel tax.

Stays under 3 days apply a Cleaning Fee $85.00
