The Old Hotel in Bristol

Steamboat Gothic style home with Quaker sensibilities. Large wrap
around porches and another 1500 sq feet of living space in warm
seasons. Screen porch keeps pests away. Large English Cottage style
gardens with paths and stone walls weaving through the gardens and
trees. Guest kitchen available and includes all basic appliances
including a professional garland stove. Eat-in kitchen, and large
living room with gas fireplace. Unusual shaped bedrooms and sloping
original floors add to the character of this 160 year old home.
Homemade quilts on each bed and many tall beds that are very plush to
sink into on a cold winter evening.

Professional Stove in the kitchen. Fire pit outside in the patio
area. Large claw foot tub upstairs. Lots of outdoor areas to enjoy.
nearby to many shopping areas, museums, art studios and farms.
Village location yet very rural to get the best of both worlds. Air
Conditioning, Heat, Filtered well water. Swimming Hole across the
road called "The Mill". 6 ft deep elbow in the river covered by
maples and hemlocks to keep the area nice and cool. Satellite TV and
wireless internet available.

Hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, fly fishing,
snowmobiling, skiing-both Nordic and Alpine nearby. Long Trail, the
oldest and most challenging Hiking trail on the East Coast (and some
hikers say North America!). Shopping, Art studios, Farming areas,
horseback riding, hunting all nearby. Bird watching, wildlife
watching, Scenic views both outside the door and short drives away.
Close to all the Champlain Valley, and across the Lake to NY just a
short ferry ride away. Museums, Historical sites, like Fort
Ticonderoga less than an hour away.

Vacation Home Rental is $2000 a week. This means you rent the Hotel
as a vacation home and must leave it as you found it.

Whole Hotel Rental is $5000 a week. This means it will be run as the
Hotel. Staff will clean through, breakfast will be made (other meals
upon request.)

Tax is 9% on top of 2000 or 5000 choice.
