This studio is a 10 min. drive from the Int'l Airport and 5 min. drive to Old San Juan.

Just a few steps to hotels, international and local fine dining, casinos, nightclubs, bars, exclusive boutiques (Cartier, Gucci, Fendi, etc...), cafes, grocery stores, taxis and more.

The studio includes a comfy Queen size bed, a 42' HDTV Plasma w/ cable TV and HBO, dvd player, Ipod ready stereo, a/c, fan, wireless Internet access, full size futon, fully equipped kitchen & tables, equipped bath, closet, linens, towels, and beach towels which will surely make your stay a comfortable one. Just bring your clothes and enjoy!

High Season: Nov. 15 - Apr. 14 $150/night

$1,000/week (7 nights)

A three nights minimum stay is required.

Plus, $50 one-time cleaning fee, 50% deposit due at reservation, and full payment due at check-in.

A $200 security deposit is required, and will be reimbursed after checkout with apartment in excellent conditions.
