Mountain top hideaway has a large living room that opens to a screened in front porch.  Kitchen, with all appliances, overlooks the living area.  Dining room leads to screened in back deck.  Large master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower, and sitting room.  Spacious master bedroom with electric fireplace and sliding glass door to deck with pool.  All rooms include ceiling fans.  Plenty of windows to enjoy the view.  Game room with bar and big screen T.V. is located downstairs.  Accessible covered parking in back.  Washer and dryer with half bath next to game room.   

Pets have to be less than 25 pounds.  $150.00 pet deposit, renter totally responsible for any damage. 

The scenery and colors of the seasons and the Great Smokey Mountains will surround you throughout your stay.  Asheville is just a short drive(20 minutes) and features Biltmore Estates, shopping, festivals, & numerous churches.  Just 6 miles to Mt. Pisgah National Forest, featuring camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and Looking Glass Falls.  Less than 3 miles to 5 different golf courses. 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Hendersonville or the unique shopping city of Brevard.  Less than 30 minutes to Chimney Rock & Lake Lure; less than 10 minutes to Carl Sandburgs' House & Historic Flat Rock. 

Property is for lease by the month, at a rate of  $2500.00 per month, plus electric bill in excess of $200(which is included).  $500 deposit is refundable, less a $200 clean up fee, once lease end walk through has been completed, and no damages are found.  At least two references with correct telephone numbers are required.  Non smoking home.  $150.00 pet deposit.
