Lovely and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, dining room
villa located on the Grand Canal that leads into the Homosassa River
at its central location near McRae's Restaurant, Monkey Island & the
public boat ramp. The home is equipt w/ washer, dryer dishwasher, 2
car garage & parking pad for an additional 2 cars. There are nice
linens, blankets & towels, all kitchen utencils & small appliances
(ie toaster, blender etc.) for your use. In the back of the home
there is a comfortable Florida Room fully air conditioned w/
additional dining area to enjoy the beautiful water view & watch the
boats go by!

Activities and Attractions
There is plenty to do in Homosassa, most of which revolves around
water activities and the natural beauty that surrounds. The fishing
in the River & Gulf are fantastic! There is scalloping (in season),
boating tours, manatee watching, snorkeling, and so much more!
Homosassa is not your typical Florida location. It is like Florida
was 100 years ago. Small shops, waterfront dining, charter fishing.
There are also small local beaches. Oh and for the Florida tourist
visitors Disney is 2 hours away & Busch Gardens is 1 hour away. Dont
forget to visit Bubbles the manatee at the Homossasa Nature Tour &
the mermaids at Bucaneer Bay & Weeki Wachee Springs.
