The Magnolia is located in the rolling hills of the resort style, seaside village of San Clemente  known as Talega.  This peaceful retreat is the perfect place for a small family reunion, a small conference or bridal party gathering, or a relaxing beach vacation with the family!  Come to understand why so many people come back to their favorite place on the planet… The California Riviera!

The Magnolia is located just minutes from The Orange County Dana Point Harbor, downtown San  Clemente and downtown Dana Point.   It is a direct and short 30 min drive into the beautiful and ‘artsy’ seaside town of Laguna Beach.  The Magnolia is also a convenient distance to the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is
 surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries.  There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller people in your family!  

The Magnolia gently resides atop the rim of a coastal sage canyon abundant in native flora hosting a serene panoramic view into the hills of San Clemente.   It is situated just a few miles from Pacific Coast Highway and North Beach where the breathtaking, crashing waves and expansive sands never disappoint.

The Magnolia is a charming southern style seaside villa.  The four bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms have recently been remodeled to provide you the best vacation experience.

Nightly: $250 (4 night minimum)

October – May          $1,350 / week ($3,950 / month)

June – September    $1,750 / week.

Cleaning fee - $195

10% City Lodging Tax on weekly rental rate (no tax on monthly rate) 

Add 3% to total if paying by credit card. 

Additional pet fee of $10 / night.

Refundable Deposit: $500 for nightly & weekly rent / $750 for monthly rent
