This 3rd floor elevator/walkup condo (with private entrance) has one bedroom (queen size), one den(with couch/ fold out double bed) and one bath. The unit overlooks the pool and sunsets are just across the street at the famous Lido beach. Nicely appointed, the condo has new bamboo flooring, modern furniture and great art. An open living, dining and kitchen (fully equipped) area creates a very spacious feeling All appliances, kitchen cabinets and corian countertop are new. The main bath can be accessed from both the foyer and the bedroom's dressing area which has a separate vanity and sink. Both the bedroom and the living room access the outdoor terrace via sliding glass doors. This is a non smoking rental.
Just a short walk (or drive) to St Armands Circle with its many restaurants, galleries and shops and a short drive to the greater Sarasota Area and all it has to offer.
The beautifully landscaped grounds of this 40 unit complex are very well maintained and clean with a very inviting heated swimming pool.

nov. dec. jan feb. march, april, may, $2800 monthly- flexible start/ stop dates but has to be a min. 4 week rental (or very close to it) . Extra nights and weeks beyond the month minimum are show in base rates.
