An open living, dining and kitchen (fully equipped) area creates a very spacious  feeling  All appliances, kitchen cabinets and  corian countertop are new. The main bath can be accessed from both the foyer and the bedroom's dressing area which has a separate vanity and sink. Both the bedroom and the living room access the outdoor terrace via sliding glass doors. This is a non smoking rental.

Just a short walk (or drive) to St Armands Circle with its many restaurants, galleries and shops and a short drive to the greater Sarasota Area and all it has to offer.

One Month Minimum through out the year .(a condo association requirement)-

nov. dec. jan feb. march, april, may, $2800 monthly- flexible start/ stop dates but has to be a min. 4 week rental (or very close to it) . Extra nights ($100) and weeks ($500-$700) available beyond the month minimum.

refundable security deposit ($500.00) and $75.00 (max) cleaning fee
