The Golden Arms is a beautifully maintained condominium complex situated directly on the ocean.  Our top (8th) floor unit offers majestic, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to a spacious oceanfront balcony, you can enjoy watching the sunset over the the Indian River, and New Smyrna Beach. The complex is just steps away from Flagler Avenue, its restaurants and shopping - and only an hour's drive to Orlando and the attraction area.  The unit is updated and fully furnished.  Just bring a toothbrush, flip flops and make yourselves at home.  Complex does not allow pets or short term rentals (less than 7 days).

Our unit includes a spacious master suite with king-sized bed overlooking the
ocean, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and sliding doors to the balcony.
The second bedroom has twin beds, its own TV, walk-in closet, and separate bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, and breakfast bar. The dining area is open to the living room where the ocean views are breathtaking. All dishes, utensils, linens and towels are included.  Cook a gourmet meal, order in, or take a short walk to the many dining options on historic Flagler avenue.  Rentals include use of heated pool, shuffle board court, putting green, private beach access, and garage.  There are laundry facilities on each floor and Internet access in the community room. 

New Smyrna Beach is located south of Daytona Beach and north of the Canaveral National Seashore.  It is a real "beach town," with a laid-back attitude, great sea-side shopping and restaurants, and friendly people.  Watersport and bicycle rentals are readily available, and there are a number of golf courses nearby.  Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach, and Orlando and its theme parks are all within an hour's drive.

September  - December: $850/wk -- $2,100/month

* $100 Premium added for Bike Week, July 4th and Biketoberfest weekly rentals.  Check-in is Saturday 3 p.m.  Check-out is Saturday 10 a.m.
