Beautiful lakefront property on Upper Upper Silver Lake.  Walk out the back door to the sandy beach just 40 feet from the back door.  Swim, fish, or paddle boat in our quiet, non-motorized lake.  Or, use our full lake access and play on your speedboat or jet skis on Upper Silver Lake - approximately a 200 yard walk to the common area there. 

This newer 3 bedroom home sleeps 12+ comfortably.  It has 2 full bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 main floor), washer and dryer, tv/vcr in each bedroom and living room, all kitchen appliances, and fully stocked kitchen.  Very neat and clean property.

Outside has a new large firepit area, an 8 person hot tub, a covered patio area, charcoal grill, and a nice long dock with a slide into the water and a nice sandy beach area.

Located close to town, golf and dune entrance.

- 3 bedrooms - 1 with king bed (main floor); 1 with 2 queens & a full (upstairs); 1 with 2 bunks - queens on bottom and twins on top (upstairs), 2 sleeper sofas (living room).

- All sheets and blankets provided.  You bring your pillows.

- All kitchen appliances, dishes and utensiles.  Also, kitchen towels & dishcloths.

- Washer and dryer.  You bring own detergent, etc.

- Large patio with awning and two table/chair sets

- Large firepit area with 12 chairs

- Charcoal grill for your use (you supply charcoal)

Weekly Rates (Sat. to Sat.) Full week rentals only.

May $1,000.00

June 1 through June 13 $1,100.00

June 14 through August 29 $1,500.00

Dates are filled on first come first served basis, dates will not be held without payment of deposit.

$300.00 Refundable security deposit and signed contract required to reserve.  Full rental amount due a minimum of 30 days before rental date. 

We accept money order, cashier's check or personal check.

No pets and no smoking please.
