Your stay at this 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath residence will be a vacation to remember! Driving through the gates and up the winding driveway all you see is the lush tropical landscaping until you come to the house where the property opens up to the waterfront. Over 200' of seawall with the pool set on the side of the home to take advantage of the views and the sunsets! The pier dock stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico and provides dockage as well as a great location to fish and jump into the gulf for nearshore snorkeling.

Did I mention sunset? You can see the sun drop into the water from the living areas, balconies, screen porch, pool and dock! Take your pick each evening!

The home has two levels connected by an interior elevator or by outside stairs. The upper level has the main living area with dining and kitchen, all with water views. The master suite has a spacious master bath with a separate soaking tub and shower. The master has a king size bed and TV. The guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, TV and interior access to the hall bath so you could have two master suites. Off the kitchen is a screen porch which leads down to the pool.

The lower level has an expansive second living area with a sectional couch for the big screen TV and a second sectional for those who want to read a good book or just relax and view the Gulf waters.  A round dining table serves as a snack spot, playing cards or working on puzzels!

There are two more bedrooms on this level. One guest bed has a queen size bed and there is a powder room across the hall. The second guest bedroom has two twins and has an adjoining door to the hall bath and laundry area.

This home is on a week rental minimum.

This home is located on Grassy Key which is a great spot to walk, run or ride bikes through an extensive residential neighborhood. If you want to venture further the Heritage Trail will take you on into Marathon proper. The Dolphin Research Center is also located on Grassy Key and is always a fun spot to stop in for their tours or schedule a swim with the dolphin.
Boat rental companies are available in Marathon and most of them will let you keep the boat at your dock (some will even deliver and pick up the boat!).
Marathon offers everything you will need as far as supplies (2 grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops), bait and tackle shops, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants.

Like beaches? Sombrero Beach is only 7 miles away, Coco Plum Beach about 4 miles away and Bahia Honda State Park is about a 20 minute drive south.
Key West is a great day trip and bout 1.25 hour drive south.
