The top floor features a spacious living area, dining, and fully equipped kitchen - all with spectacular ocean views! The first floor is where you will find all 4 bedrooms: bedroom #1 on the ocean side with queen bed, bedroom #2 on ocean side with queen bed, bedroom #3 with queen bed and bedroom #4 with pyramid bunk bed (1 double and 1 twin). Plenty of room for a large family getaway! This home will provide tranquil and serene surroundings with ceiling fans slowly turning to provide that comfortable setting. There are lovely furnishings, wonderful ocean and sound views, and plenty of games and movies for the younger members of your group. Enjoy salty sea breeze and spectacular ocean views from the two oceanfront decks. The beaches are clean and relaxing, as the pelicans patrol overhead, and the dolphins are just a short distance off shore. When coming off the beach, stop at the handy outdoor (hot/cold) shower and rinse the sand right off. Relax on the open sundeck located off the living area with a picnic table and plenty of lounge chairs. Sip a frothy drink and soak up the sun on the oversized wood lounger. Below this deck is a covered deck off the bedroom level with a table for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the surf on the beach! After all of that relaxing, do a little fishing or take a dip in the surf or help the kids build a sand castle.
