This is the owners second residence located on a quiet street 1.4 miles from Huntington Beach Pier. This is a great home to vacation in or work out of.  It's a lovely newer home with vaulted ceilings in both Living Room and large Master Bedroom. Nicely furnished with better quality furnishings recently remodeled. You will feel very much at home here. Nothing is spared to make your stay enjoyable. Your small dogs are welcome and there are dog doors in the living room and bedroom for them.  Everything is nice, clean and bright. This home is a warm, furnished environment, and not the usual cold, stripped down motel-like accommodations many renters are used to finding. Our tenants are sorry to leave, and had a great time! We provide our guests a Garmin Nuvi GPS preloaded with best grocery store, etc. and places of interest to help you find your way around our town and free telephone. For our European guests a loaner cell phone for domestic calls to save international phone charges. The residence has a private backyard deck with a genuine Jacuzzi. chaise lounges. natural gas BBQ, electric awnings for shade on deck. Living Room has theater seating, master bedroom (California King Size Bed with a very new and expensive super mattress) and guest bedroom (trundle Bed with pull out bed below), there is a foldout queen size bed in the front room that can sleep two and a sofa sleeper in the family room.  Each room has Direct TV (living room 50 inch Samsung LED flat screen TV, Blue Ray and DVR, and 177 Channel Direct TV Premier Package (HBO, MAX, Showtime, SciFi Channel, and Sports Package. VHS/DVD and large library of music and DVD's/VHS tapes, XBOX360. Kenmore Washer and Dryer, FREE BIKES (kids seat on one bike  & helmets, 2 kid Yakima bike trailer/Jogger conversion,  beach gear (ice chest, chairs, umbrellas, large thermos, beach towels), roller blades, surf boards, wet suits and boogie board, helmets. kids toys.  Impaired guests may use the  our Pride Legend Mobility Cart and Folding Wheelchair. The Master Bathroom is spa like and has easy access for disabled persons and bench seat and shower chair.  Extra large bath towels and fresh linens. All linens are cleaned with sani-steam cycled. Shower has overhead, side and wand shower heads. Dual bathroom sinks and lighted mirrors. Guest room has its own bathroom with tub, shower and sink.  Full kitchen with refrig, microwave and gas stove and ovens, Coffee maker  and grinder with Free Starbucks/Cosco Coffee. Real dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, spices, are all furnished. Large desk with WIFI and PC and laser printer.  For small children: Child playpen, infant rocker, high chair, trike, and 24" bike. 4 adult bikes one with child seat. Pet doors (dogs only 30LBs or less).  Liz is a germ-a-phobe, and our home is professionally cleaned and all fixtures sanitized, top to bottom before each guest arrives.

The residence is one block from Beach Blvd and bus lines. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood: 2 Blocks from the Albertsons Grocery store, Savon Drugs, Wells Fargo Bank, Mail Box Express, Kinko's FedEX, and shopping mall. Places to eat at the shopping center include Round Table Pizza, Capone's Italian Restaurant,  Hawaiian, Thai, Sunny's Waffle House, Burger King, and the SuperMex Mexican restaurants.  One of the cheapest ARCO gas stations in the entire area is one block away and is next door to the Econo Lube and garage. There are two larger shopping centers about one mile away that have dry cleaning, major banks, and more places to eat.  It is about 1.5 miles from Huntington Beach mail. All the major car dealerships are within a half mile of this home. Bally's and 24 Hour Fitness are near as well.  The  Huntington Beach Equestrian Center, the Huntington Beach Nature Center and the Bolsa Chica Wetland Wildlife Preserve are all within 1 to 2 miles of this home.
