This is a nice one story residence on a quiet street located about half a mile from the ocean in Huntington Beach, California. This is a great home to vacation in or work out of.  It's a lovely newer home with vaulted ceilings in Living Room and large Master Bedroom. Nicely furnished with better quality furnishings recently remodeled. You will feel very much at home here. Nothing is spared to make your stay enjoyable.  The home is within walking distance of Huntington Beach pier and Main Street. We have baby high chair, crib and changing tray, trike, bike with baby chair, 24" child bike.  Your small dogs are welcome and there are dog doors in the living room and bedroom for them. Everything is nice, clean and bright.

Residence has a private backyard deck with a real Jacuzzi. chaise lounges. gas BBQ, electric awnings. Living Room has theater seating, master bedroom (California King Size Bed) and guest bedroom (trundle Bed with pull out bed below), there is a foldout queen size bed in the front room that can sleep two.  Each room has TV (living room 62 inch DLP, with Direct TV Premier Package (HBO, MAX, Showtime, SciFi Channel. VHS/DVD and large library of music and DVD's/VHS tapes, XBOX360,Washer and Dryer, FREE BIKES (kids seat & helmets, beach gear (ice chest, chairs, umbrellas, large thermos, beach towels), roller blades, surf boards, wet suits and boogie board. The Master Bathroom is spa like and has easy access for disabled persons and bench seat.  Extra large bath towels and fresh linens. Shower has overhead, side and wand shower heads. Dual bathroom sinks and lighted mirrors. Guest room has its own bathroom with tub, shower and sink.  Full kitchen with refrig, microwave and gas stove and ovens, Capresso Coffee maker  (automatic coffee machine and grinder) with Free Starbucks Coffee, dishes, utensils, cookware, spices, are all furnished. Large desk with WIFI and PC and laser printer.  Child playpen, high chair, trike, and 24" bike. Pet doors (dogs only 30LBs or less). 

The residence is one block from Beach Blvd and bus lines. The home is located: 2 Blocks from the Albertsons Grocery store, Savon Drugs, Wells Fargo Bank, Mail Box Express, Kinko's FedEX, and shopping mall. Places to eat at the shopping center include Round Table Pizza, Capone's Italian Restaurant,  Hawaiian, Thai, Sunny's Waffle House, Burger King, and the SuperMex Mexican restaurants.  One of the cheapest ARCO gas stations in the entire area is one block away and is next door to the Econo Lube and garage. There are two larger shopping centers about one mile away that have dry cleaning, major banks, and more places to eat.  All the major car dealerships are within a half mile of this home. Bally's and 24 Hour Fitness,  the  Huntington Beach Equestrian Center, the Huntington Beach Nature Center and the Bolsa Chica Wetland Wildlife Preserve are all within 1 to 2 miles of this home.
