Cute,  one-bedroom, first-floor unit 25 feet from beautiful pool and landscaped yard. The unit is just across a two-lane street, with no obstructions in your way, from a beautiful, white-sand public beach. It is no more than 300 feet to the beach.

Unit features a queen bed in the master bedroom and a fold out couch in the living area. The fold out is adequate for two children or two "compatible" adults. The kitchen is small but adequate and fully equipped.

Outside store room includes lots of beach stuff for your use. There is a washer and dryer in the pool house about 50 feet outside the back door. The complex also has a bar-b-cue grill and lots of grass for kids to play.

You are just about 300 feet from Pompano Joe's restaurant which offers a great beachfront atmosphere and good food at reasonable prices so there is no need to start the car back up to find food. Park and relax.

May 23 to July 31: Sunday night through Thursday Night $109 per night, Friday and Saturday Night $139 per night. Weekly rate $750.

11 percent tax will be charged on all rates and a $50 cleaning fee. There is no charge for pets.
