A Beautiful Lakefront Cottage – Little Bear Lake in Gaylord

Vacation at our three bedroom, nicely furnished beachfront home. It's great
for families and small children due to the gradual shallow sandy entry into the crystal clear water of Little Bear Lake.  Enjoy 50 feet of private sandy beach just 30 feet from the deck.

The very clean and cozy cottage is 2500 Sq. ft. and fully furnished. The cottage has three bedrooms, attached garage, two bathrooms, large kitchen, den, laundry room and a large living room overlooking the lake. The Den can sleep 10 people.

All linens are provided, including bed sheets, pillows, and towels.
Also, all kitchen utensils, pots, coffee pot, microwave, outdoor gas grill, gas oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer are provided. Located one door down from the boat launch for easy transport of your boat or jet skis.

View one of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the lake from the deck overlooking the lake.

The evenings are great for fishing, and enjoying smores by the fire pit.

Northern Michigan. All types of golfers will have fun here. Any kind
of golf you want is within minutes of the house, great home for golf
gatherings.

Gaylord is a growing town decorated in the Northern Alpine look which
is taken after its sister city in Europe. Halfway to Gaylord you
will cross the 45th parallel and head into town for some great 'eats'
and putt-putt, bumper cars and Call of the Wild where the younger
group would love to see animated northern wildlife and all would love
to shop in the gift shop
