Cleaning Policy: A professional cleaning service can be provided for an additional $100 and must be confirmed prior to your stay for scheduling purposes.
Most of our guests prefer to take the responsibly of cleaning up after them selves, leaving the place as clean as they found it and even adding a personal touch. All cleaning supplies are provided. An inspection is done between guests to ensure quality is maintained and the full security refund is warranted.

Off Peak Rates: $150/night $1000/week (Spring and Fall)
Peak Rates: $1300/week (July - September 10th)
Saturday check in after 2 PM – Check out at 10 AM Can be flexible in off-season rentals.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. A $250 refundable security deposit is required 30 days prior to your vacation and will be returned after your stay, unless expenses have incurred.
Refunds: A 100% refund will be granted with cancellations of at least 60 days notice A 50% refund will be granted with cancellations of at least 30 days notice. No refund will be granted with less than 30 days notice. Security deposit will be refunded after inspection.
