Charlestown on the Pond in Charlestown

We are located on Ninigret Pond, 250 feet from our Association dock on the pond.  We include a slip for a boat up to 17 feet in length for no extra charge. The Pond offers shell fishing, kayaking and boating with the breachway to the ocean directly across from our dock.  We are about 2 miles in either direction to Blue Shutter beach or Charlestown town beach.  We are 15 minutes from Narragansett, and a half an hour to Newport.  There are wonderful restaurants in the area, Theater by the Sea is ten minutes away. If gambling is your thing, Foxwood and Mohegan Sun are both about three quarters of an hour away.  It is truly a perfect vacation spot.  

Tastefully decorated  three story saltbox with two expansive decks overlooking the pond in three directions.  We have a screened in porch off a great room that includes a large livingroom and dininig area with cathedral ceiling.   Our kitchen is modern with all of the amenities.  We have three nice sized bedrooms, two opening onto a deck on the third level.  Both bathrooms are modern with ceramic tile floors.  There are paddle fans in all of the bedrooms and the living room.  There is high speed  wireless internet all through the house, as well as a computer and printer available for your use.  We have cable tv in every room, as well as a new flat screen high definition tv in the livingroom.  If music is your thing, we are set up with complete stereo system. 

Swimming, boating, fishing, shell fishing, Kayacking.  Hiking and biking in the area as well as some of our neighboring birdsanctuaries and parks. Shopping, antiquing and an active flea market on weekends. Newport is always a favorite, and Mystic is a short drive away.
