The Master Bedroom has a walk-out balcony overlooking Ocean Golf Course, one king-size bed, two separate large closets plus a linen closet.  It has a dressing area with large mirror and double sinks; and private full bathroom.   There is a TV in the master bedroom.

Bedroom No. 2 has one king-size bed called a "split-king."  It is made up as a king-sized bed, but, if necessary, it can be separated into 2 twin beds.  It has one large closet, and a private full bathroom.  

Bedroom No. 3 has two twin beds, two large closets, and private full bathroom.

The main floor contains a spacious living area with Cable TV, VCR, stereo, books and videos/DVDs; there is a separate dining area; separate fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space; separate laundry room with large-capacity washer & dryer; a broom closet; and a powder room.    Imagine a leisurely cocktail hour sitting outside on your private backyard patio enjoying a quiet, peaceful, unobstructed view of the 8th green, Ocean Golf Course.

From this villa, it is less than a 10 minute walk (or a quick bike ride) to the beautiful sandy beach at Sea Pines' private Beach Club (food, beach bar, bathrooms, showers, gift shop, umbrella and chair rental, picnic tables; nightly entertainment and outdoor buffet in season).    It is about a 15 minute walk (or easy bike ride) to picturesque Harbour Town marina with historic lighthouse, gorgeous yachts, restaurants, shops, playground, nightly entertainment, numerous boating activities and water sports.   More shops, restaurants, and water sports are available at South Beach, the very southern tip of the island.   In season, ride around Sea Pines on an old-fashioned trolley - it's free!

Hilton Head Island is famous for its miles and miles and miles of bike paths (and numerous bike rental shops which deliver and pick up at your door).

Entertainments of all sorts, and historical points of interest, are in and around Hilton Head Island.   [ I recommend at least one day trip to historic Savannah, just a 45 minute drive; Savannah is especially fun for dinner on the old cobblestone River Street, followed, perhaps, with the Ghost Walking Tour of old Savannah - but read John Berendt's "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" before visiting Savannah!]
