UNIQUE MEXICAN STYLE HOME

Large 2 bedroom/2 bath.....sleeps  4.  [up to 6 possible with inflatable beds)

There is one king bed, 1 double sleeper sofa, and 2 twin inflatable beds are available.

The house has a secluded upper deck off the master bedroom for private

sunbathing on two lounges, and a shady main deck with dining table and BBQ.

The site includes off street parking for two cars with plenty of on street parking.  Cable TV is provided along with DVD,CD,VCR and WiFi access.  Movies will be available. There is no phone.

There is a washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and all cooking and eating utensils and appliances.  All linens are provided, including 4 beach towels.  Paper goods such as toilet paper. paper towels, paper plates and napkins are also available.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a rural quality....the town of Casa De Oro, just down the hill, has several grocery stores, pizza delivery, Starbucks, and many other services and restaurants, including our favorite burrito place, "La Posta" 

The location has easy freeway access and is only a 20 minute drive from the airport when traffic is good.  Beaches and SeaWorld are 20 minutes away, and the Zoo, Balboa Park and downtown are all a 15 minute drive.  The Mexican border is 20 minutes. .THE TROLLEY IS ONLY 5 MIN. AWAY. NO HASSLE WITH DOWNTOWN PARKING!

$950.00 a week is the total fee. A deposit of $400.00 is required to hold your reservation for a weekly stay.  The balance is due 14 days before your arrival, and must include an 8% sales tax (required by San Diego County) and the $200 damage/security deposit.  The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of your departure.

$2800.00 is the total monthly fee. A deposit of $1400.00 is required to hold your reservation for a monthly stay.  Also, see tax and deposit fees above.  

These are refundable up to 30 days before your arrival date.
