UNIQUE MEXICAN STYLE HOME SURROUNDED BY NATURE

Large 2 bedroom/2 bath  /sleeps  4.  [up to 6 possible, call for details]

There is one king bed, 1 double futon bed and a queen inflatable bed is possible.

The house has a secluded upper deck off the master bedroom for private

sunbathing on two lounges, and a shady main deck with dining table and BBQ.

The site includes off street parking for two cars with plenty of on street parking.  There is also parking for 1 RV with full hookups.

Cable TV is provided along with DVD,CD,VCR and WiFi access.  Movies will be available.

There is a washer/dryer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and all cooking and eating utensils and appliances.  All linens are provided.

The house is located in a quiet residentail neighborhood with a rural quality..The town of Casa de Oro just down the hill has several grocery stores, pizza delivery, Starbucks, many other services and restaurants, and our favorite burrito place "La Posta"!

The location has easy freeway access and is only a 20 minute drive from the airport when traffic is good.  Beaches and SeaWorld are 20 minutes away, and the Zoo, Balboa Park and downtown are all a 15 minute drive.  The Mexican border is 20 minutes.

We also provide a packet of information and tips for enjoying your stay in San Diego.

950.00 a week is the total fee. A deposit of 400.00 is required to hold your reservation for a weekly stay.

2800.00 is the total monthly fee. A deposit of 1400.00 is required to hold your reservation for a monthly stay.

These are refundable up to 2 weeks before your date.
