 The "Sea Slug " cottage is a cozy, family friendly home just a short walk to Manzanita Beach.  This fun house is perfect for families and pets, and has a large open kitchen (super for group cooking) and flexible tables for eating and games.

The old fashioned front porch invites you to sit and view the passing beach goers.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny back deck surrounded by tall evergreens.

Gather around the cozy wood burning stove on cool evenings.  Firewood is provided.

The Sea Slug also provides everything you need for your beach hot dog roast...skewers, a fire grate, sand toys, a kite, folding chairs, and firewood.  You bring the hot dogs and s'mores!

On site recreation includes a bocce ball court, tetherball, beach bikes (2 adult and 2 child) and puzzles and games, as well as an old fashioned record player with  collectible records.

A unique feature of this property is the deep driveway, in which you can park an RV up to 40' long.  There are full hook-ups with cable TV....20 amp service.  See rates for added charge.

Located 20 miles from Portland and 20 minutes from Cannon Beach, it is a 10 minute walk to the quaint town of Manzanita, with its unique shops, great bakeries, interesting restaurants, and the best organic food store on the coast.

The charming towns of Nehalem and Wheeler are just a few miles away, with more restaurants and shopping.  You can rent kayaks in Nehalem, and enjoy the tranquil Nehalem River, or rent crab pots and a boat in Wheeler and catch your own dinner.

The state park offers horse rentals and miles of bicycle paths, and best of all is the 7 mile long MANZANITA BEACH!

Midweek rates range from $100-$145, and weekend rates range from
$135-$175. Cleaning fee varies based on length of stay. Two night minimum
stay applies. RV space rental is $25 per night with rental of house. To
