Beautiful, spacious log cabin located in quiet neighborhood ideal for bike riding and walking. The cabin is situated on a large lot complete with farmer's porch and grill for your evening BBQ.  It's conveniently located minutes off Rt 16, and is a short seven minute drive to a private beach club on Lake Ossipee. Shopping and dining in North Conway are just a scenic twenty-five minute drive away.  The beach club includes private beach, boat ramp and dock, BBQs, picnic area and clubhouse with bathrooms and changing areas.  The house has an open floor plan on the first floor with an updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.  Ideal for a family getaway it comfortably sleeps 6-9 people.  This three bedroom home has a spacious master with king bed, another bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a room for the kids with a bunkbed which has a full futon on bottom and twin up top.  For more sleeping space both sofas in the large living area fold out into queen sleepers. The house also has two full baths, and a full basement with washer and dryer.  Pets are allowed with owner's approval but are not allowed at the beach club per beach association's rules.

$200.00 refundable security deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount minus the security and tax is required to reserve a booking. The remainder of the rental amount plus tax and security is due 30 days prior to arrival
