The unit has a screened porch with a very nice sitting area. Air Condition units in bedroom and kitchen/dining area. TV/DVD in the living room and TV in the bedroom. Weber grill in open area. Golf cart included for transportation around the resort. IMPORTANT: THIS UNIT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTALS. WEEKLY RENTALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. MONTHLY RATE IS $1,200.00.
