Due to the economy, we have lowered our rates so more families may vacation this year.

On the quiet side of Panama City Beach is this bright and cheery, three story newer beach house.  Just an easy two block walk to the dedicated mile of undeveloped pristine beach and emerald waters.  This beautifully decorated home has nine-foot ceilings; ceiling fans in every room; balconies off every bedroom; ceramic tile and carpet; two master suites on the second floor, one double bedroom on the first floor and a loft with a double bed on the third floor with a totally private balcony where you can see the ocean.  The living/dining/kitchen area has an open floor plan for entertaining or enjoying family.

Within easy walking distance is a full grocery store with wine shop, a liquor store and the best doughnut shop on the beach.

We only rent to families.  You must be 25 years old to rent.
