Bear Paw in Hiawassee

Come be our guest in a new fully equipped two bedroom three bath cabin. Bear Paw offers cable TV, private hot tub, and seperate area in basement for TV lounging. Relax by the fireplace in the great room or on the wrap around deck. Bear Paw is nestled in the majestic Appalachian mountains only five minutes from the heart of Hiawassee and Lake Chatuge. All activities are within a ten to fifteen minute drive from our cabin. Activities include golfing, boating,hiking,horseback riding, dining, two marinas with boat and jetski rentals, fun world for the kids, movie cinemas for the whole family, Georgia Mountain Fair Grounds, and the Appalacian Trail.

Central Heat and Air, ceiling fans in all rooms, linens provided, plenty of parking, cable tv, full kitchen with cooking utensils provided, refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, gas bbq grill on the deck,dvd player, 4 TV's, TV lounge, Huge hot tub drained and cleaned after every rental. One Queen Bed on the main floor and two twin beds in loft, with a pull out sofa in the great room.NON-SMOKING

You’ll be just down the road from the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Anderson Music Hall & the new public recreation area with a small strip of white sandy beach, picnic area, a fully equipped playground for the kids, tennis courts, boat ramp and more. Check out “Fun World” with over 200 arcade games, go-cart racing & more! Brasstown Bald (the highest point in GA) is within a 15 minute drive, and the “must-see”; Alpine village of Helen is just 30 minutes away. In addition to all of the water activities on Hiawassee’s pristine Lake Chatuge*, there’s nearby horseback riding, tubing on the river in helen, whitewater rafting, fly-fishing, trails for hiking , many wonderful waterfalls & even a couple of local wineries. There are little shops & great restaurants, offering anything from casual 'home cooking' to fine dining. Local festivals, concerts, craft shows and free concerts on the square every Saturday night during the season (weather permitting).

$110 per night or $600 per week. Monthly rental during the off season can also be discussed. One half due for reservation with remainder due upon arrival. $150 security deposit by check to be returned after cabin is cleaned and inspected (check will not be cashed unless damage is found).No cleaning fee!!!
