Our lovely home offers the perfect getaway for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing seashore vacation. Our home is Newly furnished with  3 bedrooms, 2 full bath  ranch, with a great additional outdoor shower! Our beach house is beautifully decorated and freshly painted in bright cheerful colors with comfortable furniture for your relaxed living. We have a living area that has a couch and love seat with a fireplace. Our large kitchen has a nice size table and a breakfast bar where you can snack or enjoy a cup of coffee. We have a one-car attached garage with an extra refrigerator and ice maker to keep plenty of food and drinks and to store your bikes and beach chairs!   We are only 5 blocks to the beach and a short stroll into the village of Spring Lake, where you will find plenty of great shops, restaurant's, boutique's and ice cream parlors.

After a long day at the beach, you can enjoy our great outdoor shower. If you love to cook or entertain, our kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for a outdoor BBQ with the family or have some friends over after a day at the beach to enjoy a few cocktails on our deck. We have central Air in the house and there are ceiling fans in all the room. A Weber gas grill with side burner that is connected to the house so no tanks to fill. There is plenty of out door seating with a large table and umbrella and new Adirondack chairs to relax with a good book! All bedrooms have new, very comfortable, top of the line mattresses and box springs. All Linens And Towels are included, as well as 5 Beach & Pool badges for you to use with a your own private locker up at the beach to store all your beach things.
