Gruene Acres Guest Haus is the Place to Be!   Yes, this house is conveniently located to all New Braunfels area attractions.  The fenced and gated lot has parking for 3 vehicles.  Two covered porches with rocking chairs provide the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful, peaceful country side with a view of the Gruene Tower from the back porch.  Convenient to Rocking R, Gruene River Company, Gruene, Schlitterbahn, restaurants, and shopping!  There is something for everyone at this location.

No cleaning fees!  $200 per night includes tax.  Book now to reserve a spot for this summer.  A deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation.  We take Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

Disclosure:  This is a family owned property and is a great place to bring your family and friends.  Owner's live on adjoining 5 acres.  Quiet time is after 11.  No loud parties 11 p.m.  House sleeps 6, if additional members attending, owner needs to be notified in advance to avoid additional charges.  This retreat is in a beautiful part of New Braunfels.  There is parking for only 3 vehicles.  No additional vehicles allowed.  You must be 25 or older to reserve this property.  Identification is required at time of check-in.

Gruene Hall is right around the corner.  Check out their web site at Gruene Hall for a list of who is playing.  Besides the nightly entertainment, there are usually live bands during the day on Saturday and Sunday.   Gruene Hall is one of our favorites!  Also, enjoy dining along the bluffs of the Guadalupe River at the Gristmill and Gruene River Grill.  Mozie's is a fun place to watch sporting events.  If you want to go downtown, enjoy McAdoo's or Myrons for seafood and steaks.  The Dancing Pony is one of our favorite places to shop downtown and Gruene with Envy has great clothes, jewelry and shoes.  Stop by Lone Star Music.  They have great T-shirts and you never know who will be stopping in to play a gig! 

In the City of New Braunfels with Tubing on the Guadalupe right around the corner.  Rockin R River Rides and Gruene River Company are located on Gruene Road and we are right around the corner.  Convenient to Schlitterbahn Water Park and Historic Gruene with numerous antique shops and the Oldest Dance Hall in Texas. 

First nights RATE is required to hold your reservation.  Owner requires a two week advance notification to cancel.  You will receive your deposit less administrative handling fees of $50....if deposit was $200, you would receive $150.  The fee is applicable to credit card administrative fees, booking fees, and to readvertise.  Please call owner at should you have any questions.

Sunday thru Thursday - $200 per night (2 night minimum stay)

Friday thru Saturday - $200 per night (3 night minimum stay)     

All prices include 13% tax.

Deposit Required of One Night Minimum.    Contact Owner to make necessary arrangments.  Deposit refundable with two week advance notice less $50.00 administrative fee.
