This is an exclusive home! You've never seen anything like this. It is a great getaway from the city life and hard work we have all been doing. Treat yourself to a wondrous vacation home. San Felipe has no bad days! 365 days a year just the beautiful, warm weather keeps you wanting to stay even longer. The water is calm and very relaxing. Great rates and prices.

With over 5,000 square feet! 3 stories high, the master bedroom alone is about 450 sq. feet where you can watch the sunrise without getting up from bed, and two other large rooms as well.  Yes a place like this exists. Not too far away from Northern and Southern California, or even the surrounding states like Arizona and Nevada. There's an airport 5 miles away from the house, if flying to San Felipe would be your preference. Larger groups are welcomed! There's lots of space and the house is in excellent condition. There are 2 balconies, and the third floor (bottom) has its own Caribbean straw umbrella where you can have a couple drinks and a stairway right down in front of the beach.

The area is tremendous. The weather year around is amazing. Whether it's a vacation getaway or even a road trip, you don't want to stay in a hotel far away from the beach. Make it worth it with a pleasant stay at this beach front home in Las Palmas. It's 3 miles away from Downtown, shops, restaurants and clubs as well. There's so much to do. People who want to fly in, the airport is up and running and only about 5 miles away from Las Palmas. There's places to rent cars, quads, bikes, and other off road cars. Jet skis and horseback riding is available. Banana boats are great and trucks come here and there on the beach offering wonderful fruits and mixed drinks. It's truly a piece of Paradise.

• $300/night up to 5 people

• $1600/week up to 5 people
• $1800/week 6 to 10 people
• $2000/week 11-15 people

The rates per month:

• $3000/month up to 5 people
• $3500/month 6 to 10 people
• $4000/month 11-15 people

(LOW SEASON) October 1st - February 28:  20% off all prices above

Full payments and security deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit amount of $400 Up to 10 guests, and $500 deposit for 11-15 guests, deposits are directly transferred or mailed to you, the day you depart the house after a quick inspection. There is a one time $85 cleaning fee 

-Cancellation Factors:
Up to 30 days - full refund, less $50.00 processing fee.
30 to 15 days - 20% of amount paid
14 to 8 days - 50% of amount paid
7 days or less - non refundable
