Swanky Super Mod Affordable High End Home in Austin

You've arrived at the Swanky Super Mod Loft Home!  Enjoy the space age furniture, the 22' ceilings, the nice open area for living, kitchen, and dining.  We spared no expense on this home--it has everything you need, and only a few blocks to the cool SOCO area (great to walk for dining, fun shopping, view of the Capital, clubs, outdoor music).  1.5 miles to Dowtown, and Town Lake.   All the furniture, sheets, towels-everything is brand new!  (for you clean freaks-this is it!). I have a fenced yard for a doggie, too!  If this is booked or isn't what you're looking for, call me--I have 6 other places in Austin , Lake travis, Wimberley, and New Orleans to choose from!

The 2 bedrooms have a  queen bed in each, I have an extra a queen mattress to put in living room, a double sleeper sofa + a single futon in living room for extra guests--sleeps up to 9 max.  6 recommended, but you can do up to 9.

Only a few blocks to the cool SOCO area-- this is South Congress, and is a perfect place to experience a taste of Austin!!  Has several live music venues to enjoy, plenty of window shopping at funky unique shops, has a gorgeous view of the Capital, and lots of street vendors to grab food as you walk around...Famous 6th street downtown is close with a jiillion bars to see music.

Town Lake and downtown are very close by.  Amazing hiking is 2 minutes away.

250 per night for 2 nights, 225 for 3+ nights, 1500 for 1 wk, call for holiday and festival rates.  Price increases over 4 people.  WINTER rate- $195 a night.......$300 security deposit required for reservation, we take MC/Visa/Disc/Paypal/checks.
