Town Lake and downtown are very close by.  Amazing hiking is 2 minutes away.

250 per night for 2 nights, 225 for 3+ nights, 1300 for 1 wk, call for holiday and festival rates.  $250 security deposit required for reservation, we take MC/Visa/Disc/Paypal/checks.
