This contemporary style vacation home has an open floor plan with a large living room and dining room that open to a large family-style kitchen. Also included on the first floor is stone fireplace in den, children's playroom fully equipped with games, videos and fooze ball. There is also a full bath and washer & dryer.
On the second floor you will find three bedrooms. The master has a brand new king size bed and a private master bath. The additional two bedrooms have new queen size beds and share the third bathroom.
Enjoy a fully furnished enclosed lanai that opens up to a large patio with umbrella table and chairs and gas grill.
Picturesque beach is walking distance from the home. Beach towels and chairs are available for your convenience.

Everything you need for a wonderful vacation including linens, towels (both bath & beach), beach chairs and toys, all kitchenware including utencils, fine china and more. If you have little ones, we have two highchairs and a new pack-n-play (less stuff for you to haul on your vacation).
You'll find cable in the bedrooms and wireless internet throughout the home. Over 30 board games, videos to watch and a voozball table. Our just sit on your patio, grill up some steaks on your gas grill and watch the world go by. And of course, there is plenty of off-street parking.
Just bring yourselves and plenty to eat and drink and it will be a vacation you'll never forget!!
